Staff here is Incompetent they Don’t offer Good customer service. They asked me to stand line for nothing! also you would think they would take care of business clients instead of treating me like trash. How disappointing.

Never had a issue with chase until today. I had made a appointment to open a new account and while in there ask for a home loan. I was told over the phone to come 10 mins early, which I did. I got there and had to wait, which is understandable because of the pandemic. After waiting a few mins I was told to go back to my car and I would be called. After a long wait, I was frustrated and went back inside. Then the employee that had told me to leave and a banker started talking under there breath about me being there. Then the employee that was allowing people in starts yelling at me that I had to wait and making a scene. There miscommunication and horrible customer service has made me change my mind about them. I'm no longer going open a new account with them but I will be closing my existing account.
Customer Service is zero even when you talk to his manager he doesn’t know nothing either I don’t know how the chase bank hired this kind of employee ,
i had a problem with my deposits and have been trying to get it handled in manteca (where i live) with no luck and bad customer service for 3 days. I call this chase branch and all my problems were resolved within MINUTES !!!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING KIND, FRIENDLY, and having great customer service skills. THANKS TO MARIBEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
