Stayed here while traveling for business the week of March 17. The staff was very accommodating. After the first night I noticed there seemed to be an underlining cigarette smell. I mentioned it to Danielle at the front desk and she offered to move me to a different room within 15 minutes - wow! Everyone at the front desk was great - Mark and Sara were also very helpful. The fitness center was very small yet the area around the hotel was beautiful so I was able to get a good run/walk outdoors every morning. Free parking and walking distance to Target, Olive Garden, World Market and everything in between. They took the time to make sure all areas were clean, sanitized and covid compliant. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

The staff was so wonderful and fast. I remember the woman's name Hayley. If she is the one helping you, she will get you checked in and key card in hand as quick as possible. If I need a hotel night staycation in Tracy again I'm going there because of that pleasant interaction. Customer for life thanks to Hayley.

Didn't actually stay in a room so I can't say anything about that but the pool area and front entry are beautiful and clean.

Stay was great, hotel was very tidy and bed was extremely comfortable. Only thing that really scared us was we spotted a couple insects in the room. We even saw one in our bed which kind of threw us off. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

I travel for a living and always choose Hilton properties, when near by. Normally, the only Hilton property, near by, is a Hampton. Pretty sure I've stayed at the best Hampton and the worst Hampton over the years. That being said- I gave 4 stars because of the staff. Haley, Alexis,Richard,and the entire housekeeping crew are some of the best I've seen.

Hotel was very nice and is close to a lot of restaurants in the nearby shopping center. For now the restaurants are all doing takeout only due to corona virus but it's still a nice resource for travelers.
