This is our second time ordering food from this place. The food is delicious. My favorites are sweet & sour pork and salt & pepper spareribs. The sweetness in sweet & sour pork is just right. The salt & pepper spareribs is crunchy and not too spicy. Fast take-out service. Friendly staff. We'll definitely come back here again when we're in the area.

My family and I just moved to Tracy and we wanted to try a Chinese food restaurant, this was the first one that popped up. We had a family special and the food was amazing! Really recommend! Also there pot stickers are homemade and always made fresh would really recommend you to try an order if you ever try that place!
We stopped at Mandarin Villa for a quick dinner on a Friday night on our way to Kirkwood. The service was friendly, professional, and efficient. We picked a few vegan options from the menu and all the food was fresh and tasty. The decor was beautiful and prices reasonable. We truly enjoyed this cute little restaurant.
Delicious food at a great price. Sizzling rice soup is the bomb. The staff is friendly and efficient. Both take out and eat on are available.
We have been going to this restaurant for a long time. Last time we went which was 6/25/2020 the food was not very good. The pineapple in the sweet and sour was bad. Mongolian beef tasted like fish. The BBQ pork fried rice had no flavor. Pot stickers were not that great either. I don't like to write bad reviews but this was horrible
Have been going here for years. Great staff,great food, unfortunately has New owners AND some recipe changes have been changed. To a very none flavor ,type hard to explain. However very nice staff still
