The Microtel staff in Tracy California is so hospitable and friendly. They make checking in a room tired and worn a pleasant and quick register. The rooms are always so cleanly and neat. I appreciate that so much. Thus is the fragrance man. I love you all in Jesus name. Respectfully and Sincerely Pablito the fragrance man

Security is an issue. Side doors do not secure and neither are the doors that lead to the stairs. Deadbolt was broken in our room as well. Most lights didn't work and the ones that did were motion activated so any time someone gets up, you are woken by bright lights. The TV set up was ridiculous and the remote didn't work well. Hot tub was COLD and when asked to turn it on, it was still cold the next day. Even though the laundry room right on the other side of our heads isn't open until 8am, we were awoken by someone using it around 6:30am, when we then discovered ants. Finally switched to a different room only to find a broken sink, lights also not working, and the phone was disconnected because the cord was broken. The freezer is full of freezer ice and we were unable to put anything in it. Front desk staff didn't seem surprised or concerned about any of these issues.
I'm loving it The room is very spacious and comfortable We came out to California do to my Husband has to working out here in the City Tracy California we get to enjoy the mountains in Sunrise yes we are loving it

The staff here were awesome! They all have that "above and beyond" attitude when it comes to excellent customer service. Elijah and Isabel we're absolutely incredible at making me feel at home when home for me was over 2000 miles away. THANK YOU!!!
The room was very comfortable. The staff was nice. There needs to be more than 1 washer and 1 dryer.
