Very friendly hostesses and very convenient spots for dumping that as cheap as 10 only.

This park is convenient in location right off the freeway... but won't allow rigs older than 2000 to stay in the park. Apparently, if you have a 1999, you are allowed to stay one night, but not longer. However, anyone can use the dump stations. You just leave ten bucks in an envelope and drop it in the drop slot at the office -- whatever the age of your faithful RV. :) They have on-site laundry and restrooms for guests. There are a decent number of spaces available... picnic tables, hook-ups for 30 or 50 amp (I believe) and I am pretty sure fees cover water, trash, wifi and cable (but I'm not totally sure on that). Monthly rates are available, and maybe weekly, as well.

The garbage outside of the park is terrible and with saying that i see the maintenance men from the park out side cleaning that mess up once a week. Its the cities job but the park is cleaning it up ALL the time. The staff here is very helpful amd work with you. Great prices daily, weekly, monthly. Everyone looks out for everyone. The bathrooms and laundry room is always clean. Theres a beautiful maintained park here with horseshoe pit and bbq area. You are right next to freeway so its a great hub for going to city or napa. Cant beat the prices. All the negative reviews are things that are really out of there control its outside noise, fireworks, gunshots. I feel safe and happy here. I only wish if i could add something it would be a pool and hot tub. Lol

Place ia clean and quiet. Staff is friendly. Our spot was not level. Our big issue was the area its in. . Trash everywhere in the street. Broken down RV and cars. Just doesn't look inviting.

Warning!!! Do not stay here more than a night, and only if you have no other choice. You won't be able to anyway if your RV is more than 20 years old, no matter how pristine it looks. You'll be next to a freeway, so you'll hear that noise constantly. Access is a pain for the most part. Sites aren't level at all. Plenty of dilapidated RVs park on the street beside the place. There's a seedy motel next door to the south and a row of trailer parks to the north. Just beyond the motel is an overpass with a homeless encampment. You'll need to use that dilapidated overpass and make a number of complicated turns, particularly stressful if you've got a big rig. My partner didn't even want to come here based on the bad reviews and the sketchy area, but I figured what's the harm, we're only here for a week max. Turns out my RV doesn't make the cut because of the age of its shell (it's a conversion). Of course, the long-termers here have some pretty sketchy looking RVs, and look pretty sketch themselves, but I guess they aren't subject to the 20-year rule, so I suppose the actual rule is "don't have anything that looks unique or that the owner doesn't like." Fair enough - apparently they don't seem to be hurting for money, as all the spaces around me have been empty for our entire stay, but you would think my money would be as green as all these apparently brand new RV owners they've been courting! Sad. Never again.

Not much happening in the area. Location is right off the freeway. Decent place for a quick overnight stay. Good price, clean and quiet.

The manager is rude and very unfriendly. Will not stay here ever again

Great overall stay. Close to the freeway, nice bathroom and shower area. Camp site was very level and easy to get in and out of. Great place to park if visiting Six Flags or wanting to drive into San Francisco for the day. It is less than half the price than staying anywhere in the bay area. Not the best place if you do have pets, mostly all concrete and no areas to really get them much exercise.
