Visited the TCM Healthcare Centre in Chiswick to have what I thought would be a 60 minute acupuncture, massage and cupping session. Upon arrival when I told the lady at the front desk what I had arrived for she told me I would have to pay 25 for a consultation (despite already paying (23) which I was not aware of. Despite having paid for what I believed was a 60 minute session she refused my voucher even when I suggested just having the cupping session and massage without the acupuncture she still said no. I understand why a consultation is required for acupuncture but if this is so essential this information should have been included in the description. I don't see why I couldn't have still had a massage and cupping so at least I wouldn't have wasted my time and money. The information provided is very misleading and as a company you should be aware of what is in the description for your services. I have made a request via groupon to have a full refund.

Then she gave me acupuncture and a cupping, and I felt obviously better. I did it four times and the pain disappeared completely. The doctor's technique is very good.
