We have just moved to Trail and had several pieces of furniture to replace and several appliances as well. Salesman was supper friendly and since he was also one of the owners he was able to give us great deals on everything. But what's even more important was that when the GE washer proved to be defective on the very first day our salesman offered to replace it with another (non GE as it turns out) the very day we pointed out the problem. We will continue making our purchases with this fine local business.

It's all right. The owners are not friendly, at all. Not exactly competitive pricing, and for the bad service I always seem to get when I go in, I'm happy to pay for delivery from someone else.
