The Lauener Brothers are great, evertime I go in the store they help me out with either a new battery or fixing something that I needed repaired. By far the best jewelry store in Trail!

I worked closely with Paul to design my engagement ring. Originally, I found a ring designed at Lauener Bros. and had him mimic that while incorporating my Nana's ring and my fiance's birth stone. He did not disappoint!! Everytime we are in Trail for a visit we pop into Lauener Bros. to have the ring checked. Paul is always so kind and takes great pride in his work. Thank you for an amazing experience and the ring of my lifetime.

I wanted to get a new watch band cus mine was rubber and broke off. I was helped and got a new watch band installed in 5 mins and they told me everything I need to know. Thanks you guys will come back again when this one breaks off again.
