Was fairly quiet when I came in, first staff to help me, older, was very much not interested it seemed in making a sale. She wasn't answering my questions and kept checking her phone while we were talking. The young lad that I spoke with afterwards, was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, without making me feel dumb, and recommended a good option for me. I do recommend shopping here, there are some good staff in there that will go above and beyond to help you. 5 stars for the lad

Matt is phenomenal!! Best service. He was patient but persistent. We were trying to cancel a pre-order and pick up a phone in store and Virgin was very difficult to deal with. Matt did not give up and managed to get done in 3 hours what had taken us 2 weeks of calls and being transferred all over the place. Highly recommend Matt!
