Melissa is very professional and knowledgeable in her service. She work on our company taxes and personal taxes. She deliver service on time and is responsive. In addition, she guide us with any question and financial items we don't understand. I have known her to work hard and long hours to meet deadlines. Even during COVID time, she has been a hard worker and provide great services and communicate any changes in working hours due to the on essential business\ status. Regarding her service fees, we feel they are comparable with other CPAs but with better services. We'll keep working with her for many years to come.

We had a very poor experience with Melissa Trainer. She did not return phone messages, she did not keep regular office hours. Also, we needed to have the local police call her in order to get her to respond and complete our tax returns. Due to her lack of response, we needed to pay an additional penalty because of a late return with taxes owed. She talked a good talk, but didn’t deliver. We were new to Texas so we trusted that she would be professional with integrity. Also, fees were very high. She charged 800 for a corporate tax return and 550 for a personal return.

Melissa has truly been a godsend for us. My daughter and I are working on making my granddaughter's business into a 501c this year. We tried to start the process, but quickly found that we needed help. Along came Melissa....she has really gone above board on this. She is working with us and we are close to completing the paperwork. Melissa is very personable and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing her services.
