A couple of months ago, I registered with this training provider with the hopes of finding an apprenticeship. After requesting my details to be put forward for multiple vacancies, I thought I finally struck gold. After having an interview, I was given an offer of employment, which I accepted. A couple days into the apprenticeship, it became clear that I was not enrolled onto a Customer Service apprenticeship. After an investigation was conducted, it turns out that I wasn't enrolled onto a Customer Service apprenticeship, but one which Training 2000 hadn't even decided what it was. So after leaving the apprenticeship, all I received was an apology and referral to a different advisor. 6 weeks later, I received an email informing me that I meet the requirements for my original interest, which was totally different from what I was originally told. I am still waiting to be enrolled on a apprenticeship, but would advise anyone to avoid the provider.

Great training provider. My daughter really enjoyed the Aspiring Engineers Club. Shame Covid has severally reduced apprenticeship opportunities for young people.

The people that come out of this place are useless, maybe one or two naturally gifted engineers if they get lucky, everyone else just give them their certificate so they can brag they are skilled and send them to off to burger King.
