Quaint little inn. Appeared to be run by a mom, dad and adult daughter. Felt a distinctly unfriendly vibe, but maybe that was directed at Americans and won't be felt by others. Main reason for bad review is the lock system on the doors. I've been a professional firefighter for 26 years in the states. This hotel uses a key to lock the doors from the outside or the inside of the room. That means if you have locked the door and are on the inside of the room, you have to have the key to get out. Combined with no sprinklers or fire systems and this is a death trap waiting to happen. I've stayed in many old inns during this trip, and this one is the only place that had such a dangerous locking system and complete lack of fire protection. Please consider your safety when deciding whether or not to stay here.
