I played phone tag with a rep there and even did a Zoom interview. Promises kept being made about calling me back or finding me positions. Then one day the help just stopped. I found my own position now but Trak group could have done better

I had nothing but a pleasant experience with the TRAK group. There were a few things here and there that could have been solved through more communication on both parts. Anyway, my profile was taken over by Taylor after a previous recruiter left and she was amazing. She was honest with me, and put forth a lot of effort to try and get me to where I wanted to be employment and pay wise. I'm a very picky person, and probably not always the easiest for a recruiter to work with. However, she was always professional and honest. I had landed a job through her, but of course COVID had other plans. Despite the set back, she was always pleasant to work with and shows that she truly cares. The job hunt, for me at least, is a very stressful experience. They will get you the interview if your experience fits the employer, prepare/prep you for it, and then it's up to you.
I had the most wonderful experience with TrakGroup's Business Development Manager, Rachel. It is an understatement to say that Rachel is the absolute BEST. From our very first conversation Rachel went above and beyond to help and support me in every way possible. Changing careers and job-hunting can be incredibly challenging (to put it mildly), and Rachel played the most integral role in not only finding the perfect position for me, but helping me to land the role. She coached and prepped me for interviews, advocated for me to employers, and was there for me every single step of the way through the hiring process. Rachel helped me to get hired for a job that I am truly thrilled about and I could not be more grateful to her!
I'm very sad to say that this place is pretty unprofessional. The recruiter I worked with was amazing in the beginning but then after I went on an interview she set up for me I never heard back from her. I didn't even get a follow up on how the interview went. I've tried reaching out multiple times to not only her but her manager as well and I've had no luck. They let voicemails, texts, and emails all go without any kind of response. You're better off searching for something on your own. As sad as I am to say this, I will never consider them again in the future.
I personally have had nothing but amazing experiences with TRAK. I worked directly with Heather Gabbard, who I recommend to anyone on the search for a career. The job hunt is a brutal experience but Heather made me feel confident and gave me all the tools I needed to land and rock an interview. It is always helpful to have an experienced recruiter on your side. I cannot rave enough about my current position. While I have no plans of leaving anytime soon, when I am ready, Heather and TRAK will be my first call.
