Having looked all over Edinburgh for a place to get a shed I found A1 sheds were very professional and friendly in helping me choose the best shed for me. They informed that there would be about a 12 week delay given the increased demand for shed which was totally understandable and I was happy to wait. However before I could receive delivery of my shed my landscaper left the country without notice. This meant that I would have had no place to put my new shed. As such I emailed A1 sheds who were very understanding and responded quickly. They allowed me to cancel my order as it had not gone into production yet and offered me a full refund on my deposit which was very kind of them. In times like these given the situation with covid, things are more complex and may not always work out perfectly, I am grateful for A1 sheds for understanding this.

My original shed supplier let me down with regards to delivery, I contacted A1 Sheds and they were extremely helpful. Not only were they able to recommend an alternative shed they delivered it within 3 days. Amazing service, I would definitely recommend and will be using them again.

After being notified that a shed ordered from A1 woud be installed on a certain day, I was notified by the manufacturer on that day that the fitter was running behind and would be with me between 11am and 2pm. At 2pm I discovered that the shed hadn't even been completed - and that no-one could tell me when it might be ready. Whilst A1 have fully accepted that they have let me down, they claim that in some way the problems the manufacturer was having were caused by Covid-19. I would have been sympathetic if the manufacturer had suggested this was the issue but they didn't - and it doesn't explain the misleading telephone call I received. At no stage did A1 suggest they could source another shed for me, something I was able to do readily and with a reasonably short lead time for delivery. I got my money back, but that really was the least A1 could do and I rather expected that they would have done more and would not have tried to find excuses for the very unprofessional approach of the manufacturer.

Placed an order for a shed earlier on in the week. Whilst we haven't got the shed yet - I feel compelled to leave a review as the staff were exceptional - I have been phoning round a number for different companies and A1 Sheds are by far the best. A1 Customer Service - thank you. Excited to get the shed delivered.
