The beach is not clean in September 2020. A lot of plastics, cigarette buds on the beach. Dogs also seem to be allowed. The bay is nice because of the design and bars and restaurants around, but the beach and the sand is not. The view is nice. But for a dirty beach it wouldn't be an amazing place that u would travel to enjoy. There is a paid bar open 9 to 7pm on the beach,25 for an umbrella and 2 chairs for the whole day.

It's an open public beach with two private lidos. (Places with chairs n things). The water on this stretch is pretty clean. It's not crystal clear but that's because it's sandy. Car parking is ample In low season, a bit tight in high. The sand is raked once or twice a week. Last point.. the locals go there all year!
Nice little sand beach frequented by locals. Unfortunately the water is quite dirty and not very deep. The beach itself is also poluted. Mixed recommendation.
It's quite expensive for what it is. The beach is like a wading pool so it's good for little kids, although the breakwater offshore means the water quality is often stagnant. Bar services are good, showers are free but freezing. It's popular with local families with kids so lots of ball-throwing and screaming.
