Received a gift certificate for a massage last Christmas. As a tax preparer, I did not have time to use it until after April by which time COVID had started to close places down. It was VERY difficult to contact the owner, tried for months! BUT once we were able to connect and set up an appointment, the service was superb!! I scheduled another massage. I would definitely recommend going here.

At the time I was a paying customer for almost a decade. That was until the owner became highly unprofessional and started to cross boundaries with my fiancé. Years after we stopped taking my family there, she attempted to still privately contact him. Edit: after reading your response, I note that I have chosen to tastefully omit a recitation of the facts, none of which are slander. If I could give 10 stars I would!!! Anything less is unreasonable! This is the most professional, relaxing, fun, warm environment you could ask for from a Day Spa and Salon. Lisa is extremely knowledgeable, intuitive, and professial, experienced massage therapist anybody could ask for. Her hands are magical! The girls are all licensed, friendly, and focused on making your spa experience the best you have ever had. Heidi is professional, caring, loving, accommodating and very easy going. Always willing to go above and beyong for all clients! Not to mention the beautiful open floor plan and tranquil color choices. Aside from being affordable, every service is done with impeccable cleanliness and care.

My goto place for a relaxing and therapeutic massage. Heidi always does her best to give me an appointment that fits my crazy schedule. Lisa is a terrific massage therapist. Also best facial I’ve ever had. Many options to choose from! Refer all of my friends to tranquility day spa! They make you feel like one of the family.
