ave used them for over a year and a half. Never had any issues. I had more issues with Rogers in 6 months than I ever did with TransatTelecom. Speed is reliable and installation was painless. Very good value.

I changed my former ISP to Transat Telecom (TT) because they offer much higher bang for the buck. Sales agents (Soumia and Hayat) have been of great help and very courteous. Once my service was activated internet could not be reached. Saleh, the customer support representative, did a wonderful follow-up. He finally diagnosed my modem was most probably the culprit. He promptly proposed to send me a modem. When I received it I just had to plug it and there I have internet again. And at much lower price than my former ISP. Thank you Saleh and Team TT. Keep on the good service.
