John was a huge help. Quick, easy, friendly service. He is extremely knowledgeable with decades of experience in the field. He won’t have you spending unnecessary money. With his experience he help me diagnose what my problem was the first time before even sending the unit out to him. By the time he got the unit it only took him two days to have it fixed up and ready to be sent back. Highly recommended!

Transmission Instruments saved the day, and a lot of money. Our 94’ American Eagle, 8.3 Cummins and 6 SP Allison developed an intermittent failure in the ECU that sometimes would prevent starting the engine. I was seeing Transmission Instruments mentioned on many RV sites about similar problems so I gave them a call. They walked me though running a diagnostic and determined my ECU had an internal fault. I shipped my ECU on a Friday, they got it on a Monday and I had it back that Weds. I didn’t ask them to rush, but they repaired it and shipped it back overnight at a fraction of what a replacement would cost. Problem repaired and I have a two year warranty. I would highly recommend this company. Give them a call, they were happy to help!!

Do not buy from these people. I am currently in a dispute with them over a lost package. They charged me 50 to ship a package which included insurance. Now that the package is lost, they first accused me of stealing it and now refuse to send me a new part even know UPS is refunding them. This is very bad business, they have no customer service!
