This review is for the customer service I just received from the customer call service center they have in Wyomissing, PA . I was lucky enough on St. Paddy's Day to get Rose. I had been waiting over a month to receive a pre authorization for a root canal. I need this dental surgery yesterday and I followed up and was told paperwork was sent to my dental insurance company several times over the last 4 weeks. This was not the case. Someone dropped the ball. Well Rose went beyond the call of duty and sent my pre authorization electronically to help make up for lost time. She had to call my insurance company up and figure this out. She did not need to do this, but she did. I'm sure she spent a lot of time on this for me. They are lucky to have such a wonderful employee. I am grateful and wanted to share my experience.

Amazing environment and staff. No one likes going to the dentist and this was the best dental experience I've had in all my life. No fears moving forward. Amazing place, would rate higher if possible.

I was told my consultation would be 50. I got there and I paid 110. The receptionist told me that my dental savings plan sucked, the staff did not seem professional, the equipment wasn’t working correctly, they didn’t take my temperature, they had no Covid forms to fill out, (even though they said they would send me one. ) they asked no questions about it, they didn’t wipe down anything after I was finished, and then proceeded to tack on a 10 Covid fee for all of the extra work they are required to do.I would not choose them for my General dentist.
