Had such a great experience! Every single person was very kind, helpful, and personable. I would definitely recommend going here. In addition, they take COVID extremely seriously, which is very important to me. It really shows that they care about their patients and community.

Great care from Dr. Tressa Malikkal and the staff!! Lots of quality collections of glasses as well. I would certainly recommend Dr. Malikkal. I always got the best eye treatment here.

Not what they used to be. Go somewhere else. You will thank me later. Cannot even get a proper refraction---twice. Got glasses that did not work---twice. Went to a different Eye practice in Trappe. Got a correct refraction. Got glasses that work (from Costco, no less).

Poor customer service. Didn’t honor their own policies.

Have been going here for years and liked it at first. They got me the right contacts I needed when I needed them years ago. I just had an eye exam recently and ordered glasses with my new prescription and I can't see as good as I used to with my old prescription. I told them that and they told me that maybe the glasses were just made wrong and blamed everything else but themselves. I just wanted my old prescription and said I could see better out of my old one than the new one and they refused to change it for me. Guess I wont going back or seeing properly either.
