Very nice people, and nice they can take you without appointment ( which is impossible to get anyways if you leave within 2 months). However incredibly slow process, we were there at 13.30 and left shortly before 17.00. This delay can in my opinion be shortened down a lot (we waited to fill in forms, to see the doctor, to actually get the vaccination and then again half an hour just to pay.)Especially the first and latter steps could be improved.

If you do not have an appointment, be prepared to wait. You better arrive 1 hour before opening in order to have less waiting time. If you do have an appointment they take you always perfect on time. Sympathetic and well informed nurses and doctors. It is on the 1st floor.

I was very hesitant to go because at the time, this clinic had only a 2.6 rating. But my experience here was stellar! I hour, the staff serviced about 25-30 customers. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, a very wonderful experience!

Appointments can have months of delay, especially in the summer. So the consultations are overcrowded and people can impatient. I had an appointment, was greeted right away by a very friendly staff. I saw the doctor quickly, the nurse did the vaccination itself right after, didn't feel anything, and paid a few minutes later. The staff was even able to advise on what my insurance would cover. Again, if you come without appointment in the summer, you'll need a hell lot of patience.

Very friendly and nice staff, but improved paper processing would be good. Went at 8, and 30 mins before opening there was queue already, at least 15 people. Waited 2hrs for paperwork to be completed and the doctor and vaccination itself took 10-15 mins maximum. Would have been a better idea to come at around 9:00 - 9:30, when the backlog from the crowd that was there during the opening time, was processed.

Personnel is very polite and nice and all, but the system incredibly inneficient! The administrative bit takes three times as much as the doctor consultation and vaccination. Also everything is done on paper, which is funny because they still pass all the information on the computer.

Please invest in efficiency. 3 hours for a simple vaccination is unacceptable in the age of digitalisation. 1 star for the friendly staff.

In total we had to wait 4 (!) hours for our vaccination. 'There was only one doctor available'...
