Great customer service. The young lady that took my order was friendly and polite. Love the egg, sausage and cheese croissant sandwich. The mocha cappuccino drink was good.

I stopped here this morning on my way to Greenville and ordered a mocha latte with an extra shot and a blueberry muffin. The mocha I ordered was great, but I should have double checked the bag because they gave me a regular bagel instead of a blueberry muffin. Normally it wouldn’t bother me, but the muffin was for my little girl, bagels are a little too tough for her to eat
If I could give this Dunkin’ a Minus star rating I would. Went to the drive-through ask them to load 20 on my Dunkin app. No one in the store knew how to do that in fact they were quite rudeQuestioning me why I wanted to load 20 on my app. So I could pay for my coffee and get points. That’s why !
Now that they are competing with Starbucks for market share, it takes forever to get through the line while everybody is ordering their dessert drinks first thing in the morning. That's okay, I should be making my own coffee anyway. It's a good place to go if you're not in a hurry.
Nice staff, but when you order an Original House Blend with cream and sugar you aren't typically there to buy a cup of milk.
