Thank you, Aussie Watersports! We booked a rental with them for a work-related event which required a lot of coordinating and they were flexible and helpful every step of the way. We called for a reservation when most people in the area were booked up and they made it all happen in a short amount of time. Communication is key when working out the details of your reservation to make sure it’s accurate. I had a lot of questions and made a lot confirmation calls but I was always met with kind and helpful staff. The owner even took time out of his day to get us specific information that we needed for our trip. At the end of the day the rental was delivered and picked up on time and everything was as expected. We had a beautiful trip out on the lakes. Highly recommend if you’re looking in the area.

GREAT PLACE! Fantastically run company. they are the biggest place around traverse city. No games no nonsense. Not some small pop-up company. If you have any issues with your rental even in middle of the bay they'll actually take care of you.

I would not recommend this company! The boat we rented was disgusting! Ripped seats, mildew on everything, no working electrical plugs or radio. The motor sounded like is was about to die and the boat floated crooked and felt like it could sink at any moment. We reached out to the owner and he indicated he would write an email to make it right, he never did. He had also said we got the least expensive boat they have. We live in traverse city and rent boats in the traverse city and Bellaire area 5 times a summer and this was the worst boat we have ever gotten. And the price is higher than the other places we rent. The deposit they hold is also double that of other places we have used. We also got charged an extra delivery fee after we were told the delivery was included to the location we chose. Never again will we rent from this company! Look elsewhere, there are plenty of reputable companies in the area
