My husband needed surgery for a hematoma on his brain caused by a fall. Dr. Cilluffo was so wonderfully helpful, did the surgery late in the day when I am sure he had to be tired. He saved my husband’s life and we are so grateful to him. I believe he is a brilliant surgeon who will do whatever he can to take care of his patient.

Dr Cilluffo did surgery on my C3-4, C5-6, and C7-8 on Sept. 10, 2001. I had suffered with horrid headaches, and left the hospital the next day with no pain! I would recommend him to all. Now the top level C1-2 has been giving me headaches , and I have injections in my neck to help with the pain. It was a temporary fix.i have degenerative disc disease, and living in Az , I truly wish i could come back to TC to have Dr Cilluffo do the top level.
I came to Dr. Cilluffo this past August with such severe lumbar nerve pain I was nearly unable to walk. I had been treated at the Munson Pain Clinic for over a year with nothing but added pain and a needless spinal cord implant to show for it. After reviewing my MRI, Dr. Cilluffo quickly diagnosed the problem (a previous lumbar fusion failure) and performed a corrective fusion. I did not have to wait for months, and in fact, within a week he made special arrangements to perform my surgery on his off day. He couldn't have been more compassionate for which I will always be grateful. I should add, that the results were near miraculous with immediate pain relief. In addition to his substantial expertise, once I got to know him, I found he truly cares about his patients. He has an honest, down to earth and humorous demeanor all of which I found to be quite refreshing. His staff couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. Totally professional. I'm now on the road to recovery and have nothing but positive feedback on my experience with Dr. Cilluffo and will never be able to thank him enough.
Without Dr. CILLUFFO & his wonderful staff, I'm quite sure I'd b a quadriplegic. My neck was in so bad of shape it was close to cuting off my spinal cord. It's complicated, but I'm very greatful. I do want to encourage u to take ur medical & health into ur own hands. Had I not fought to get to Dr . CILLUFFO I am not sure how my life would b. I have DBD, & knowing I'll need more things done bcuz of this disease, I'm glad I have a good relationship with this group. I am now back to get my lumbar issues taking care of & again he is doing all he possibly can to make this happen. He's got a staff that work VERY diligently on working with the insurance company, whom have been absoulty rediculous!! It's VERY bad as most of u know!! U pay premiums yet they want u at the worst possible condition b4 they will agree to what docs say is needed. Greatly appreciate these people. Terri-Anne Lolly Mark-Thomas
