23 without tip and I think today this was the worst haircut ever! Don't care if they know who I am, I will probably never go back! I cut my own hair way better in the past and plus I save 250 doing it myself. To give you insight on my disappointment, Have you ever had a guinea pig and felt the bald spot behind their ears? I feel like I'm that guinea pig. Expensive and poor quality for me. Hope your fare better.

They did a wonderful fob on my kids hair! I wasn't sure what I wanted so I just picked something out of the book. Not sure I like it but that's my own fault
Took my granddaughter in for a haircut today, Jennifer was her stylist. She wrapped the cape around her, hair was inside the cape and she proceeded to start pulling the hair out of the cape, took three cuts of handfuls of hair and her appointment was done. Appointment was at 2:30pm and my receipt for a 19.00 haircut stated 2:36pm. I showed the lady that her long hair was three different lengths and she simply said, "oh you just need to pull the sides forward; it all won't be the same length". I paid her because I didn't want to have the police called and immediately took her over to Regis and Chelsey fixed the mess Jennifer made of her hair with a proper shampoo, cut and blow dry. I would not recommend anyone getting a haircut from Jennifer at Master Cuts in the GT Mall. Chelsey did not charge us for the service because it was a fix and both shops are owned by the same company.
They did not cut my daughter's hair like I asked them to I asked them repeatedly if she could actually do the cut like the picture we had she said yes ....at the end after correcting her 3 times i gave up... taking my daughter to another stylist next week to have her hair fixed. Waste of time and money. Oh well I knew better I gave into my daughter's request and sadly lost 20 on a bad haircut to pay more for the fixing next week.
One of the worst experiences. The lady who cut my hair wasn't very pleasant and seemed irritated the whole time. The hair cut itself was terrible but the atmosphere set was very unwelcoming.
If only there was a zero star rating. I’m not usually one to ask for refunds or go in to demand things to be fixed but this time it was so horrible that I don’t even know what’s the best way to go about fixing the disaster job they did to my head. I went in this evening with my cousin to get a cut and high light, easy enough for someone who has been to beauty school, right? Wrong. I had noticed the highlights may have been a little too chunky when I was leaving but thought nahh it might just be me over thinking. When I got home I further inspected my hair and let’s just say I could have done a better job myself. There were actually LINES of orange weaved into my hair from where she put the brush, she decided to do a half job and not blend it in. I wish I could post pictures to show you just how awful this dye job was, I’ve never been one to cry over hair before but I started sobbing. Waste of my damn 85, I better get this fixed or my money back.
Hit or miss on haircuts. That's actually sad coming from a guy. I only get a trim and they messed that up
