The staff were kind & polite. The RN’s were attentive. HOWEVER... Additional support staff were no where to be found. It took forever to get anything and I had to request items SEVERAL times. I begged for a toothbrush & a washcloth which were eventually delivered without toothpaste or any soap. No towels (other than paper towels) in bathroom. For two days I requested to have all of mobility equipment removed from the bathroom so I could take a shower - it never happened. I requested a new gown, never got one. The universal excuse for most everything was “sorry, whomever you asked for something is now gone, their shift ended”. The trash was never picked up & discarded items (bandages, caps, syringes for flushing IV’s) were all over the floor, which I kicked aside when walking to the bathroom. The second patient in the room was not mobile. When her fluids were measured & discarded in the toilet, they were not flushed & the used measuring cup was left in the shared bathroom sink for me to enjoy. I did receive, quite promptly, a staggeringly high bill for my unsanitary stay. I’m hopeful I will not have a need to return to this location!

I always write reviews and am always viewing things objectively in everything. So I know that a lot of the bad things said about hospitals are usually out of emotion 9 times out of 10. I, however, am not like that. So with that out of the way: Munson Medical Center is the place that you go when things go bad so chances are, you aren't there for fun times and fine dining. But nonetheless, every time I've been here it's been just fine. I come here not so much for me, but rather due to how my mother is here for her own reasons. I have unconditional/ undying respect for the Registered Nurses and Certified Nurses Assistants. They are the ones more so than the Doctors themselves that go through everything.and then some. They get to know the patient, care for the patient and put up with the patient and do so for 12 hours per shift. See, hear, feel, more than what most of them are willing to even admit to. So many people forget these things when in the hospital. The Medical staff does what they can. If they didn't care they wouldn't put themselves through all those years of college and medical school and so on to do as they do. So with that out of the way, I've always had a good experience here and so has my mother. The only real complains she's ever had is when it comes to the lack of sleep due to the other people more than anything. Great big hospital and it's nice and neat and friendly helpful people to guide you through where you need to go to.
best place to be at for heart problems. my grandma has so many wonderful doctors there 1000000/5 stars (if i could)
TERRIBLE! Do not bring any of your loved ones here or anyone you know. The doctors don’t care about the patients health at all and will refuse to do tests that may give us the answers. We’ve brought in my Grandma several time for a serious injury and they just send her home and try to tell us she’s fine. Then she goes home and crashes again and we start back at square one. Clearly the doctors/nurses are not doing their jobs. They also sent my Mom home a while back after another serious health scare and she almost died shortly after they made her leave. Then she had to come back and start all over again. This place is extremely unprofessional and it’s simply not safe for anyone. If possible, avoid this place! Horrible staff.
Worst hospital I’ve ever tried to receive care at. They are not concerned for the health of people, they worry more about profit. I’d give zero stars if it was possible. GO TO A DIFFERENT HOSPITAL IF YOU ARE ABLE TO!!
