Norte has a super friendly staff and a great clubhouse where you can ask questions and tune up your bike. The workshop is free and open to the public and they have every tool you didn't know you need. A true community center.

Norte's summer camp was one of the best. My daughter had such a fun time and learned a lot about bike safety. Not only that, the bike leader sent us parents daily pics of their adventures. We will definitely be doing the camps again next summer!

We went for Estrellas, the balance bike meet up. My 3-year-old loved it, he spent an hour riding around on his bike! There is also a bike shop and bike library.

Norte is awesome. Ty and company are doing amazing things for Traverse City. In this modern world of smartphones and video games, it’s INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT to get kids away from screens and outside exercising. Norte’s bike loan program gives bikes (yes, for free) to pretty much any kid that needs one. They have all sorts of programs to teach kids about riding bikes, bike safety, and bike maintenance. There are so many events and programs they provide to get kids on bikes and keep them active! It’s a huge blessing to have these passionate folks in our community. I encourage anyone reading this to head over to their website to learn more and to donate to this wonderful non-profit.
