To the young lady who got snotty with me Saturday about my lack of a face covering: I do understand the importance of wearing one, but as I told you...I cannot. I am the reason YOU and everyone who can wear one, should. While I understand you have a job to do and part of that is ensuring customers are following the rules, you had no right to get an attitude with me after I explained to you that I cannot wear one for health reasons (which by the way, it is against the law to even ask about). Thankful that the other stores in the mall were understanding and didn’t belittle me.

I only go here for jeans and activewear, and maybe the occasional top(s). Everything is cheaply made but you get what you pay for. However there is one employee i think her name was nicole, and she has helped me a few times find items in stock that i couldnt find myself. Thankful for her!

Clean and orderly facility, staff always there to help and make sure everything is sanitary. It's also an amazing perk that they've got dressing rooms open. Thank you to all who made that happen.

This store always seems to have the most friendly and efficient staff. I am happy to shop there whenever I have the opportunity, especially the clearance rack! It is hard for me to go in and not some out with something, whether it be for me, my husband, or my kids.

Great selection. However, I gave a 1 star rate because the cashier who worked lmat reg 001 on 5/11/19 at 1:30 PM was not friendly and very grumpy. I made two separate purchase valuing over 25 which qualify for the old navy cash voucher. I noticed she did gave me any when I asked her, her response was "no your purchases was not on one receipt" the manner in which she answered was so rude. I just walked out. I wasn't upset at the fact that she didn't gave me the voucher it was the attitude she gave me. The other cashier that cashed my first items was very courteous and friendly.
