As always Tonia @ Polished did an amazing job! This hair designer takes the time to understand what the costumer is looking to achieve.( Even if it's a process to get a certain color she will not let you leave her chair without feeling anything less than Beautiful!) Honesty and kindness is never without fail! I feel welcomed when I enter and always eager to return for another fun service. I am a unique client as I have been traumatized in another "well known" hair salon and had no intentions of ever letting anyone touch my hair again! (Hack job from hell!) Tonia reached out to me knowing I was in desperate need of a hair overhaul! I have battled illnesses that have affected my personal image and my hair health. Sitting in Tonia's chair has given me a sense of hope to feel womanly again and feel confident with all the stages of an Illness knowing that any step of the way she will be supportive in helping me makes the best hair choices. As women we all know how expensive salons can be and it's a treat to be pampered. At polished the price is always fair and I have paid way more and received less success elsewhere. The studio is clean and inviting. Go ahead treat yourself and book an appointment today at Polished , I am more than sure you will be glad you did!

Would recommend to anyone who wants a good professional hair cut. Christine does an amazing job and she's one of the best in Traverse City. 5/5 would definitely recommend.
I checked for the best reviews in the area for haircuts. I found PHS at the top. It had no number listed. So I used an uber to get to the studio. It was 145pm and they have no numbers listed. No one was at the location. I waited until 230pm. A lady arrived, who asked can I help you? No, hello or conversation about how I am or an invitation in. My retort was I was unable to find a number for this place and was hoping to get a hair cut. She proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and that it was listed on there Facebook page. Then added you can call those numbers and maybe we can get you in in around a week. Then she opened the door and left me just standing outside. No care, respect or thought what so ever. I looked them up through Google near me. It had reviews and location pictures. No number. I hope the owner changes these problems soon.

Christin did a phenomenal job on matching my Kenra colored hair and did beautiful low lights. She trimmed it perfectly. Thanks for getting me in and doing such a great job.
I've been getting my hair cut by Tonia for about a year and a half now. I followed her to this salon. I'm always happy with her work and professionalism. The salon is always clean and presentable.
