Very pleased to have delicious German-style beers being brewed locally. I lived in Germany for years and couldn't be more impressed. Their non-German creations are fantastic also. Love the environment, best fire pit in town, the German fare from the food truck is also wonderful, really took me back. Friendly service too!

Good beer, the couple we had. The food truck serving German-ish fare seemed good. We had literally just eaten....lol My only con...is I ordered Maple Brown(twice) and twice got the porter...which I liked, i normally dont do American stouts and porters. But it was good even paid for the other. I just wish the staff that day knew the difference in a BROWN and a beer that is very usually VERY black...i didnt feel like pressing the point. Would still likely return next time in Traverse City
Great beer & COVID social distancing. Went with a small group and safely sat at picnic tables in their outdoor open air fireplace area. Service was awesome. A friend had a cider that tasted bad & they replaced it with another drink & later, after realizing that it was drawn from the bottom of the barrel, gave her a replacement cider to earn her trust (it worked).
Nice job for being creative with outdoor area & fire pit. The rustic decor is very well done, welcome to TC & thank you for the effort staying open. Tasty suds too.
This is turning into one of my favorite places to get a beer. We've been lucky enough to have done some traveling in Europe, and Silver Spruce offers the closest tasting European pilsners I've found. If you get a chance to have an October Fest 2, enjoy my favorite. Cheers
