Kenzie was super friendly and has an amazing attitude! Helped me pick out a chain for my pants and we had a little convo about our tattoos! Definitely coming back to buy more from her!

Good location, great variety of novelty items within. Definitely wouldn't bring children in here if you are not familiar with what Spencer's is. Staff are always kind and the store always seems organized and clean.

I go in there to buy septum jewelry quite often and I’m pointed to a particular case. When I was asked yesterday if I needed help I said no I was looking for a new ring as my favorite one is irritating my piercing. He laughed openly and loudly in my face and pointed me to case with nose rings. I told him these were for nostrils not what I have and I have a 16g, which the sizes of what he showed me were not. Continued to openly and loudly mock me and brought up my obvious pregnancy to the point I was silently crying trying to tell him that none of this was for a septum and was asked by him to leave. Probably will just order my jewelry from online or go somewhere else entirely because that whole experience was the worst.

I went to the Spencer's inside the grand traverse mall. Traverse city mi. They were pushy. They definitely have good salesmanship skills, but there is a line you don't cross. I took my 8 year old inside to look at the stuff located at the front ( not going near the naughty stuff in the back). A lady kept pulling her away trying to get her to ask me to buy things. Extremely rude making me the bad guy. Don't pressure my child. Also pressured me into giving an email and a donation. Wouldn't just let me buy my one thing I wanted and leave.
