Love this park. Ideal for all kids, big and small. The area is also gated so children can't escape easily. Included is a pavilion, restrooms along with tennis, basketball courts and sidewalks for cycling. Oh and let's not forget about the sand box and splash pad! My son loves this place

I am posting this review based on the poor customer service I received. I called in a sports order and am being charged a 5.00 processing fee even though I was going to pick up the order so the company would not have to mail it. I voiced my unhappiness with this issue BUT the customer service did NOT care. I have spoke with 2 different reps there. After researching this issue more with my husband he had the form in his car but was told by the male photographer not to worry about it. That not having the form right then would not be a problem. It seems that the company is now NOT going to honor what my husband was told at the time of pictures. I am advising customers to use some other company for their photo needs. There is a lot of competition out there that WILL provide quality customer service. As a repeat customer with this company I would expect that they extend the best customer service to me. Sadly, I am sorry to say this is not the case. Hopefully this review is helpful to those people contemplating using this company. When you are told one thing at the time of pictures and then call in with your order and they will not honor what you were told seems very unprofessional.
