Allowed someone to walk around without a mask. Too relaxed. Folksy should not be confused with professionalism. I did not feel safe. People made to wait to check in, etc. They need one more staff person. Prvt. blood company, not the Amer Red Cross. Lifelong donor who won't be going back.

I can’t say enough positive things about the staff at Versiti. They took great care of me both during the blood donation and after! I nearly passed out afterwards, probably due to not drinking enough fluids ahead of time. They were quick to come to my aid with ice packs and electrolytes. I was feeling better within minutes. Thank you so much for the care you gave!!
