Don't waste your time on this place. They will say they ordered something for you and string you along forever. Do yourself a favor and go to Ferguson as they can get most items in two days. NO, I'm not a disgruntled employee or work for Ferguson. Just telling you the truth

I have never been treated so rudely by a store that I was trying to spend money in. The sales staff ignored my presence for over ten minutes even though I was the only one in the showroom. I went to the counter to ask for assistance and was told to wait while she finished paperwork. Another five minutes passed without either salesperson getting up from their desk, so I left. I went down the street to their competitor (Ferguson) and spent 299 on a showerhead.
