Love the selection. Great merch too. The prices are higher than bargain deals, but not too expensive. It's a niche store that delivers on that cool skater factor.

Went in to get a deck. Kept getting asked if I wanted to make it a complete and kept answering no. Also as I was choosing between two shapes I was told that one was "newer" which isn't really relevant because they dont have an expiration date. Then asked for bushings and they only had them if I spent an extra 80 dollars for a complete. Dont claim to be a skate shop and then not have the supplies for skateboarding. Need to hire actual skateboarders.

Love the store, love the products. They just have this one employee who was rude to his costumers. Went in wanting a whole new board set up, left with just bearings because I couldn't deal with his attitude. Ended up making good with me in the most polite way, love the store again.

Almost every time I go to Zumiez, the manager is there to provide excellent service and is hands down one of the best managers in GT mall. However this past time, as well as a few other times, one of the girls that works there watches me like I can't even describe. It's a very uncomfortable feeling. Not only that, she's followed me around the store and listened to conversations that didn't involve her. She ends up interrupting like it's any of her business. Recently she watched me yet again, but when I was checking out, she started asking questions that I don't personally feel was any of her concern. Other than the manager, the employees are rude and act like you're interrupting their "busy" day. Over half of them shouldn't even have a job here.
Great service and cool stuff!!!
Definitely for younger generation, always messy!!! My grandson loves it. He's 16. Nice help.
