They are great to work with and have nice equipment. I have rented from them in the past and have been impressed every time. I will continue to work with them any time that I need to rent something for the great outdoors
Good price fast delivery. Working with Roger was awesome I would totally rent from them again! They respond fast to questions. They have a great team in Morgan!
Great service, explained everything, will rent from again
First off slow as a sloths then the kid couldn’t even get the locks unlocked very poor customer service. Note they should of been unlocked started and gone through before I even got there . So 10 minutes into our ride the belt broke well started to come apart so as an experienced rider we heard it and changed the belt. Well the back up belt had been already used and was pretty worn already. But better than the one that was coming apart. So we were just trail riding for the day anyway no big deal. Well first thing I told him about the belt and they charged me for a belt that was probably broke to begin with. After kid that doesn’t know much about anything made a dozen calls they came up with it broke cause we got stuck and that broke the belt long story short bad business worse customer service and most people probably forgot more than they know put together. I wish I could give a negative star but you’ll get the picture if you rent from there.
Customer service was friendly BUT. We rented 2 water jetskis a few things I want to complain about but first I want to vent is how inconvenient it is to get to the lake and only one jet ski works then having to call and be told that they would need to confirm with their mechanic that the damage was not caused by us but I understand this is a one in 10 chance bad luck situation then having to wait close to a month for refund of less then half the actual rental price, also not to mention I had to be the one who called because they would not call me with UPDATES regarding my refund or the mechanic result ... Aside from this when I rented this over the phone I was not notified I would be asked for a 1,000 hold aside from what I had already paid ( understandable insurance purposes ) but a heads up would have been nice. 2ndly I was not told to arrive 30 mins earlier to sign paper work and watch a short safety video again understandable but Communication would be nice considering they only allow rental Until 5pm. I asked for manager to call me twice and till this day have not received a call back and none is needed now since I now have my refund. This was my first time EVER renting jet skis and based off this experience I will never rent here or anywhere again. That is all.
Rented the Polaris Slingshot from the Morgan shop and enjoyed every minute of it. The equipment is well maintained. Staff was great to work with. Would certainly recommend renting equipment from them. Will certainly do it again.
We rented through their Bear River Lodge locations and had very mixed feelings about our time renting through TRAX. Machine wise we had a blast and the experience was a lot of fun. The 4 person UTV handled perfectly and was a comfortable and powerful enough ride to keep us enthralled all day long. The bitter taste that was left in our mouth though was from the lack of communication on where to pick up the UTV and where Bear River Lodge was located. We’re from out of town and could’ve towed the UTV from one of the locations near Salt Lake but the Bear River Lodge location said you could just drive the UTV from there so we were attracted to that. The location for Bear River Lodge according to Google Maps, Apple Maps, and Trax’s direction said it was located in Coalville 45 minutes from Salt Lake City. However, we pulled up to Coalville and where maps said “Bear River Lodge” and to our confusion and a store clerks confusion there was no TRAX anywhere near. Thankfully a farmer was able to help us and said that we would need to drive through Wyoming and then down into another part of Utah. When we finally go to Bear River Lodge the staff was nice but offered no help or compensation for the miscommunication. They just shrugged off the maps ordeal and didn’t seam to care. On top of all this literally none of their phone numbers worked except for one that no one ever picked up. Like I said, the experience inside the UTV was a lot of fun but getting to it was more of a hassle than we expected and I’m not sure if we would recommend it again.
