It needs to be said that none of your phone answering clerks need to yell at someone who has general questions about their first real estate tax bill. It was an unpleasant and agressive female answering the phone. I cannot believe the way I was just talked to. I even asked her several times to please stop being impatient and nasty towards me so that she could answer the question professionally and in a way I understand. Since it's a great deal of money being asked for when I'm already in escrow, I found my questions justified. There's nothing wrong with expecting a little human decency. I hope no one else has to be bullied by that woman. I thought there was a standard expected out of government workers.
