This place is phenomenal, with the best dessert’s selection in all of Wembley. My waffle was warm and delicious. I ordered it via Uber Eats, and the service from the delivery driver was amazing. Would defo visit it when out and about in the area. Highly recommend. P.S. Go there with an empty tummy cuz portions are massive. Having half of it for another time.

We wanted to grab something sweet to eat before heading home, there were a few places we could have visited but seeing we hadn't been to a Treatz... The place itself was nice, reminded me of an American setup for some reason. The food was nice, slightly on the larger side, so we took most of it home. The staff were also nice, doing their jobs. Not bad.
Given the covid situation, I thought the experience that I had was excellent!. Firstly, a member of staff greeting you at the door and taking you to your table and explaining a quick registration for covid and our menu choice. You then go the till when ready and then your deserts are brought to your table. I didnt see any problems with social distancing and felt safe. The desert was amazing and the staff was great! Thanks
First I would like to say thank you girls I don't really remember their names, but I remember they look similar I have a really nice experience in this place It's clean and welcoming My kids are very impatience when it comes to ice cream So they had a long time to decide what they will order One of the girls helped me with menu and the other one started making already. I was impressed how quick they work And the dessert looks banging If I could give 10 start I would have done it. But you guys deserve a round of applause Definitely we will be back
For starters, I must admit that the place is well kept and clean, however this is simply an expectation during a pandemic. It has, however, not been enough to have prevented me from giving it a one star review. I would like to warn you that the waiters do not seem to like it if you decide to correct them on your order. They expect you to sit there and eat it silently without question, because they're always right and the customer clearly just wants to make their lives harder. I have seen multiple reviews critiquing staff for their rudeness, and I got to experience it myself. I corrected them on my order, to which the waiter went to the girl at the counter to let her know. The girl went to our table directly and began to treat myself as a babbling toddler, accusing me of wanting to change my order last minute and trying not to pay. She refused to admit her mistake to us but eventually caved in, only because I was becoming impatient. Tl;dr: Rude girl who ruined my experience with her poor customer service, accusing me of being a liar. Also, waffles are tiny and not at all what they look like in the photo.
