We had a huge dead tree in a tight spot between three buildings. Tree Service Decatur crew took it out quickly, with no problems. They were nice, showed up on time, less expensive than some other estimates we got -- and did a great clean up.

Nonresponsive. We called for an estimate on trimming three trees in our yard. A gentleman came out promptly, and he provided what we thought was a very reasonable estimate. I called the representative back to discuss a modification to our request (one less tree, adding one stump-grinding) and see how that would affect our estimate, and I left a message. No response over 2 weeks. I called the representative again, and I left a message again. No response for another week. I called the main office and they didn't pick up there either. Left a message. Left two more messages over the coming week with both the main office and the rep, and I never heard back from them. Who knows. Maybe they thought they underbid themselves, especially with that 100 discount they offered on their flyer, and so they would only get out from under it by avoiding my calls. Very lame. Note -- go to their website to verify this. But they are also called Atlanta Tree Professionals, which is how they appear on the flyer.
