Incredibly bad customer service. Was there earlier today to get my car washed as I have done frequently in the past. After driving away at my next stop I noticed that the brushes had completely missed half of the bonnet of the car and the first part of the roof. I went back as soon as I could and spoke to the cashier and pointed out the problem. he asked for my receipt but I pointed out that I had used the self service option at the machine and it didn't give me a receipt. I was told that this was my fault (despite pointing out that the screen on the machine is defective and almost illegible) and that without a receipt I had no right of complaint. I asked for the manager but was told that their was none on duty and I would have to ring back tomorrow. I pointed out that it was clear that my car was newly washed and I was told that I could have had it washed anywhere and that I was only trying to cheat them out of another car wash. I asked that if he didn't believe me could he not check his security cameras! I even offered to show him the transaction history in my banking app to prove that I made the purchase but no without a receipt I had no rights and his assumption was that I was trying to cheat him. Totally disgusted with their attitude to customers, will be going elsewhere for my car washes in future.
