I purchased a new home with a Tremco-installed basement that developed 2 cracks, allowing water to seep into the basement. I reported this to Tremco over 2 months ago, filed a work order on line (as requested) and included photos. The product and work is under warranty. So far, I have received no answer to my request. This lack of response is unwarranted and shows a lacl of commitnment to customers

This company has yet to return my call regarding our basement leak which we've been dealing with for over one year. They are not professional in their follow up or urgency in this matter. My home is brand new and I've been dealing with this issue since closing. Unfortunately for me and my family, this company was not selected by choice, but forced upon us by the builder. I do not recommend their workmanship or customer service.
