We just bought a house through them and I would like to commend the work of Joe Freeth and his team who were very helpful and supportive with a tricky chain. Our experience was overwhelmingly positive apart from the initial engagement where as first time buyers we felt our offer was not being taken seriously (despite having a mortgage in principle) because their mortgage broker did not have access to our lender's offer. Once this was ironed out (over a week later) the team was very supportive through the different hoops we needed to go through and greatly helped in communicating with all the other moving parts to ensure the sale went through, which we are extremely thankful for!
Fantastic team! I had my property let with another agent (country wide company!) and was very disappointed with the experience. I got in contact with Trend and Thomas. The letting manager came, viewed and discussed the property and my options. The experience has been so straightforward with a very efficient, friendly and helpful team who have restored my faith in letting my property. So much more helpful and involved than the previous agents. They were very thorough with vetting the prospective tenants and ensuring my property was in good hands. A pleasure to work with! 10/10!
Genuinely could not recommend Trend and Thomas more.... they were professional, clear, honest and accountable from the outset, creating an open channel of communication in regard to our purchase and subsequent sale. Having undertaken the process during the midst of the pandemic there were unfortunately a number of challenges to overcome both in regard to additional paperwork and delays owing to homeworking banking staff/underwriters.... all of these were handled with a calm and pragmatism. Would use again and recommend to family and friends without hestitation.
