Only one star as Google says you have to. Constantly losing my prescription even though I dropped it off. Then at times they say they never received the fax from my doctor. Numerous times they lay the blame on the head office in regards to email being sent out regarding scripts. I have better things to do then play a game of did they get it right at Shoppers. Heavy condescending attitude by certain pharmacy members. Constantly telling me I need a pharmacist consult (even though I have been on the same meds for years, that is just a money grab). Pharmacist actually complained to my doctor as I told him I didn't want or need a consult for meds that I am more than familiar with. When you complain they give you the usual lame BS reply. Transferring everything to Metro ASAP.

Just moved to area this summer and when I got my doctor to fax a new prescription in I went to pick it up only to be told it doesn't get filled for 24 hours and was spoken to rudely when I said oh ok I didn't know that. The next time my doctor put to be filled right away and same thing happened. I then was told even though it's written it still takes 24 hours as we are very busy can't you see. I chose to wait as I couldn't come back at later date. Now today I go to pick up my prescription which was on automatic refill and only one of two were filled. I am told it would take 30 minutes to fill and there was no one around and at least 6 workers. It should have been filled as it said it was by my email, and here I am again having to come back. I have dealt with shoppers for many many years and was never spoken to the way I have been, never had this much unorganized process and never had to come back so many times. I'm super disappointed and will now take my business elsewhere. I would also like to mention they lost my fax a few times and I had to keep calling my doctor's office to get a new fax sent. Luckily I have my own vehicle and able to come back. I feel bad for others who don't have this money or time.
Shoppers Trenton is a great place to shop. the people there are attentive and very helpful KUDOS to you all Sam Bitensky PS send me an email and I will send you a smile.
Was sent a text to say my prescription was ready. Got there and waited in line for 40 minutes (not exaggerating) When I finally got to the desk I had to wait another 10 minutes because the staff member couldn't find my prescription even after telling her how to spell my name. The customer ahead of me had the same problem and it took 20 minutes to find her prescription. I'm now looking for another pharmacy
Recently moved to this area and transferred to the local Shoppers as we have always had such professional care from their pharmacy staff. I just dont know where to start. It took 6 trips to the pharmacy to get a re fill on my medication. Initially out of stock, this commonly prescribed medication took 11 days to arrive and be filled. I was shocked at what I perceive to be incompetent professionals. The pharmacist on duty actually asked a student pharmacist who she was as she attended to me. This and observing how other customers were treated made me immediately transfer to another pharmacy. I feel the disorganisation of supplies which covered the floor of the work area and lack of customer service warrants reporting to their governing body.
