First experience with chickoland and it wont be the last. Kebab was really fresh and flavorful. Chips nice and crispy. Definitely worth a try

I’m absolutely livid with these people ordered food last night and when the girl called to confirm it with me it was wrong we was selecting option no as we thought it was to add extras on top of what we ordered so cancelled the order. Tonight I had to use the laptop to order as it wouldn’t go through on my phone their system is obviously faulty as we selected sides sauces cheese for our burgers large kebab meal deal. When it arrived the chips was missing also the cheese off our burgers. Called the shop to sort it out and was passed around the staff not wanting to rectify the problem. I returned the food to the shop and showed them I cannot login on my phone yet still placed blame on me also refusing to refund me my money so I demanded cash and was then told I’ll might get a refund after they was going to fight with my boyfriend As to your response REMOVE MY ADDRESS NOW You did not show me receipt I was told it We was not racist at all you kept telling me to call the police but there was no need to call them on my behalf you asked my boyfriend to leave the shop which he did and asked you to not speak to me the way you was as it was totally disrespectful and yes I had to shout as there was so much going on for me to be heard but you was in the wrong as chips was missing and there was no cheese on the burgers I’ve contacted the Dine Order company and they have confirmed your app is the old version and they are calling me regarding this and issuing my refund due to your mistakes I CANT BELIEVE THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS
