The shop assistants were helpful, there are a number of phones in display to try out while you wait, but I recommend avoiding this shop in after 5 p.m. or the weekends. We waited over an hour to be served and it took 45 minutes to go through the paperwork to change from my former cellular provider.

I've been there a day, and there war very few people. The waiting time was very very long, and then the guy who \helped\ me wasn't clear on the answers. No way I'll chose TIM again.
Gentilissimi ed esaurienti nella fase di acquisizione del cliente. Poi si presenta un problema tecnico. Come contattarli? Al telefono non rispondono. Via mail risponde solo Gabriele, tanto cortese ma non risolutivo. Ah, ma c'è l'assistenza telefonica di TIM, direte voi. No. Rispondono che se la deve smazzare il negozio. Dove siete costretti a recarvi. Nel 2021. E dove non sono, in ogni caso, in grado di aiutarti. Un continuo rimpallo. Imbarazzanti. Credevo che Vodafone fosse problematica (ho pagato per 4 anni una fibra mai realmente avuta). Ma, complimenti, siete riusciti a fare peggio.
