I have NEVER dealt with a company with such HORRIFIC customer service. Upon first visit they seem extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Once we placed our “order” it was all downhill from there. Was told our delivery would occur “early next week and will be notified by phone the day before delivery” NO call. We’ve called daily since and get a run around of we’ll look into it and call you back with surprise NOOOO call back. Finally got a hold of supposedly the “owner” who was EXTREMELY rude and utterly unhelpful. His only form of assistance was “I’ll cancel your order”. When all we are seeking is an estimated delivery date. If you’re considering using this company do yourself a favor and DONT.

Edited July 16, 2018. Pat and Kyle are gone. So I can’t recommend as highly as I did a year ago. Original review (5 stars / July 2017) Excellent staff. Pat and Kyle are the best! Pat helped us refine our patio ideas, hone in on block choice, and referred us to our installer. He goes above and beyond. He is knowledgeable and helpful. The guy knows his product and can specify the perfect choice for your project and price range. Kyle makes sure you get what you need in the yard; not a wasted moment here at Landscape Products. Highest recommends to all!

Definitely a cool place to check out get some ideas in your head they don't have a lot of displays But if you know what you want they have prices that are not bad, somewhat knowledgeable people you definitely need to do your homework before you buy

Love this place...great selection of stones, pavers, slate for almost any occasion and also decorative planters and stone cast everything that can be ordered...and very helpful yard people folks too...never have to ask for help to load! Service is also wonderful...had mulch delivered with very specific instructions and came on time and dropped off as asked. Recommend anyone that needs hardscape materials or mulch to check this place out.
