Had a splitting headache and didn't really know what was going on. Pulled over and was just a walk in. Was really impressed with how quickly the got me in the room. Thank God it wasn't anything serious. But I am very happy with their service.

I have been raving about my experience at Sovereign Family Urgent Care ever since I went on Thursday for a rapid COVID test. I was able to get my test results within 20 minutes. From the moment I walked in all of the staff were kind and the facility was welcoming. I was extremely nervous to get my COVID test but they reassured me and one nurse even held my hand. There was a dog, Finley, there who was doing a trial run as a therapy dog for that location. I can not recommend him enough! He came over and laid his head on my lap as soon as he could tell I was nervous getting the test. He was not overwhelming and was such a comfort. I highly recommend anyone to go here for your medical needs.

I was driving on 78 near Fogelsville Pa and Rt 100. I was starting to feel a little dizzy, short of breathe and just feeling (green) sick. I googled for an emergency clinic near me and Sovereign Urgent Care came up in my maps. When I got there the staff was immediately attentive to checking me in and taking my temperature and all the precautions for Covid 19. Once I was checked in they quickly brought me back into my own private room where I greater by a Doctor. He went over some quick health questions and proceeded to ask me about what I was doing that day and what I had to eat. While talking to me he was taking my blood pressure. As I was telling him the story about me just driving all morning. He noticed that my blood was high and asked me how much caffeine I had today. I was taken back by the question... He continued to tell me that caffeine can cause a short, but dramatic increase in your blood pressure, even if I don't normally have high blood pressure. And that could be the cause of why I was feeling sick. He asked me to just relax in the room for a little while to see if I feel better. I honestly thought he was joking but I laid down and 20 minutes later I was feeling better. Now I am sitting there feeling like a complete idiot for drinking too much caffeine and I am ready to just leave the place. . The Doctor came back in and he told me that it happens to a lot of people. Over all this place is amazing, super clean, friendly staff, and the coe payment was unexpectedly reasonable. And the doctor definitely knew what he was doing!

Had a wonderful experience with the group. Everyone friendly and helpful. Had to get a rapid COVID test and I was in and out in about an hour. Very efficient and glad I went to that clinic. Highly recommend!!!

Horrible experience ! I will never go back. I went in for a covid test and was told that I have to pay for the test up front and that I had submit my receipt to my insurance company for reimbursement. The receipt that I was provided with was only my credit card receipt. Not a sheet with codes on it. So of course my insurance company denied me reimbursement due to not having the proper codes. When I did a three way call with Sovereign and my insurance company I was told by Sovereign that they couldn’t release my medical codes over the phone until I come in and sign a release form (even though I gave them verbal permission over the phone). Well it’s been over a month now and I still haven’t received reimbursement yet. So I decided to go back to Sovereign to discuss this issue in person. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a barking dog behind the desk. (Not sure how this is allowed) While explaining to the girls at the desk why I was there the dog continued to bark and was really quite distracting. Once they pulled up my chart, they discovered that the doctor that I had seen hadn’t put the right codes in. This took close to 45 minutes to fix. If this is how they are going to continue to operate I really don’t see them lasting very long. Nothing about this place is professional

The most friendly emergency care clinics that I have ever been to. We came in for a rapid covid 19 test for my daughter and myself. We are traveling and need to get this done apparently before we leave. The women at the front desk were so nice. The really helped my little nugget through the Q tip up the noise scenario. You ladies are amazing. The coe pay was really affordable too. Actually really unexpected. In a good way. Place is super clean too. I took my son to Sovereign Urgent Care for a physical. We received our paperwork, completed, at the time of our visit. The facility is extremely clean and beautiful. The staff are so personable, kind and knowledgeable. They couldnt do enough for us. I plan to return for all our future medical needs. I cannot recommend this Urgent care strongly enough . Thank you, so.. it really is the way healthcare should be !

The facility was spotless, felt like i was walking into a spa rather than a medical facility. You could not ask more from a staff they all were caring polite and addressed my needs. I will certainly recommend Sovereign to all my friends and family!! Thank you for opening a family run Urgent care as opposed to the corporate facilities out there where you are just a number. Sovereign Care made me feel like family -- You have a client for life!!
