Great small business. Had an issue with my hot tub pump. They were out quickly too diagnose and replaced pump seal on the same trip. Tub is working great.

Called thermospa directed me to them as their \preferred service provider\. Called over a week ago and finally got a human and then tried again and again to see when they were coming out but nobody answered the business phone during their hours of operation. Took a week to get a call back from Greg telling me that he only has one service person and can't spend a whole day on one service call. All I needed was a pump replaced and am 40 minutes from their location. Basically said sucks to be you call thermospa back and tell them to find you someone else. Very poor customer service. Very unimpressed.

Not sure why this company has a 5 star review. Although I’m a fan of small/local business, this particular business is one to be avoided. Unprofessional and rude interaction with Greg over the phone. They missed appointment, completed no repairs and still charged me.

These guys were quick and efficient fixing our tub after the heating element went out. As it turns out, a couple of months earlier I started using a salt water chlorine generating system which apparently corroded the old heater and quickly destroyed the new one. After calling, the same two guys were at my house the following business day and not only replaced the heater again, but drained the existing salt water out for me. Additionally, they didn't charge me for the second trip and now I'm back to using a traditional chorine system. I highly recommend Tri City.
