The owner Salvador is an angry person. You can try your best to impress the bosses but it’s never enough. A part of the reason is because he brings his personal life to work and takes out his anger on us. I remember he would hate to see us smile. The moment my coworkers looked a tad bit happy, he would come and explode about random stuff. Don’t take my word for it. There’s a reason why he can’t keep employees. If your a hard worker looking for a future where your appreciated, then keep looking because this place is hell. The work is easy. It’s the management that will make u want to quit.
