Very professional and helpful employees. I went to help an elderly friend of mine buy a new desktop on a budget and they didn’t try to push her into going over her price limit and helped her pick the best one for her life style (a HP desktop all in one) and she loves it!
If i could give this place negative stars, i would. Customer service specialist, Sarah hung up on me after i waited 50 minutes on the phone. I bought a lap top with an extended warranty. Now it wont power up & they have yet to fix or replace it. Do NOT shop here due to their horrible customer service.

Terrible customer service looking for tv equipment. Last up front sent me to tv section two employees back there no customers and guy working that area said you has to go back up front for help. Guy up front said employees in back help in that area. Why do they even pay them. Last trip to best buy.
